Darryl Alan Akers

Darryl Alan Akers, 73, of Arvada, Colorado died in his home on Monday April 14, 2025, from complications due to Multiple Sclerosis.

Darryl is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of nearly 45 years, Lorraine, their daughter, Shannon and grandson, Cody.

He loved reading, creating mix music CD’s, watching documentaries and “good” movies. He enjoyed evening walks with his wife and dog.

Darryl was a good friend, a good listener, with a ready smile and laugh. He was a wise and quiet soul who will be greatly missed by his family, friends and extended family.
