Darrell A. McCain

Darrell A. McCain, 89, TSGT-USAF.RET of Commerce City, CO passed away November 21, 2018 of old age and ornery-ness!

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Patricia ""Pat"" of 51 years, his daughter Sherry McCain, and brother-in-law John Waalkens. Darrell was born in Blue Earth, MN on April 13, 1929 to Adrian and Dorthey McCain. He grew up near Hayward, MN. He is survived by his 5 children Berry (Tammie Wears) McCain of Lancaster OH, Vicky Palmer of Commerce City CO, Linda (Ron) Leppala of Anaconda MT, Ricky (Carolyn) McCain of Gold Beach OR, and Kelly (Jeff Hulse) McCain of Westminster CO; 10 grandchildren and many great- grandchildren; and his sister-in-law Judy Waalkens of Glennville MN.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Darrell's honor.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday December 8th at 11:00am at Nativity Lutheran Church in Commerce City, CO at 12500 E 104th Ave. The service will be led by Pastor Rich Gianzero. You are invited to join the family for a reception immediately following the service.
