Dana Jo Tracy, age 64 of Evergreen, Colorado Passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2016. Dana is survived by her husband Donald, her Son Danny Cook, Step children Taylor and Jordan Tracy. Her Mother Joann and Her Father Daniel. A Rosary will be held on Friday February 19 th at 7:00 pm and the Funeral Mass will be Saturday February 20, 2016 at 10:00 am both at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 355 South Navajo Street, Denver, CO 80223. Interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
