Dan Dracon, M.D.

Dr. Dracon, 86, born in Julesburg, CO and lived in Lakewood, CO, passed away peacefully on February 4th. He is survived by children Danalee Miller, Lynnde Dupays (Patrick), William Dracon (Teresa); grandchildren Joseph and Jennifer Miller; and many loving family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 48 years, Olembia. Dr. Dracon practiced at St. Anthony's Hospital and was greatly involved with the hospital's Emergency Care Department. Today, the ER at St. Anthony's Hospital is designated as a Level I Trauma Center by the State of Colorado. A Trisagion Prayer Service will be held for Dr. Dracon on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 7:00PM. A Funeral Service with Makaria to follow will be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 2:00PM. Both services at St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church, 5555 S Yosemite St, Englewood. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution to St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church.
