Daisy R. Allen

Daisy R. Allen ""Granny"" was born to Henry and Ora Dunn Redic, Sr on March 8, 1932, in Malakoff, Texas. She was educated in the Malakoff Public Schools and attended Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas. Daisy was a civil service employee at the Air Force Finance Center in Denver, Colorado. Daisy moved back to Malakoff, Texas in 1986 to take care of her mother and father. She was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church in Malakoff, Texas since childhood. Daisy retired from the State of Texas, Health & Human Services in 1996. Daisy R. Allen passed into eternity on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, at Forrest Street Compassionate Care Center. Left Cherishing Her Every Memory: husband, Ciscero “Bill” Allen of Fort Worth, Texas; two sons, Dale (Paula) Pulliam Sr and Kelvin Pulliam, both of Denver, Colorado; stepson, William Allen and stepdaughter, Wanda Barron, both of Fort Worth, Texas; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ora Dunn Redic; sister, Ora Redic Allen and two brothers, Henry Redic, Sr and Jimmie “Buck” Redic.
