Clifford Hickman

Clifford Lee Hickman, 66, of Denver passed away on September 16, 2021 at his home. Born on September 2, 1955 in Colorado Springs, CO he is the son of Emily Jeanette (Dittemore) Hickman and the late Gerald Hickman.

Cliff married Virginia (Bluebird) Hickman on July 14th 1983, and together they shared 38 years of marriage.

Cliff worked as a warehouse worker for the USGS for 30 plus yrs.

He enjoyed listening to a variety of music, his favorite artist was Linda Ronstadt. He enjoyed working in his garden and caring for his chickens. He loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He will be remembered for having a caring heart, for being a man who loved to make people laugh, play jokes on others, and having an upbeat spirit. Cliff was a person you could always count on.

In addition to his mom, Jeanette, and his wife, Virginia, he is survived by daughter Shari Burton, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, sisters Beth and Judy and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Gerald, daughter Shannon Larsen, and grandson Brandon Bluebird.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 12:00pm at Horan & McConaty, 9998 Grant St. Thornton, CO 80229.
