Clarence Miller

MILLER, CLARENCE, 63, of Denver, passed away January 14, 2014. Known and loved simply as ""Clarence,"" he was a fixture at the State Capitol and Capitol Hill. Though developmentally disabled, Clarence was fearless and not impressed by titles, wealth or authority. As a Colorado citizen, Clarence figured he was entitled to full access to the halls of power and was on a first name basis with thousands.
