Chris Johnson passed away November 25, 2017. She is survived by many loving family members and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 5 at 11:00am, immediately followed by a Reception at 12pm at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel 9998 Grant Street, Thornton, CO 80229.
