Christine Christopher

Christine Christopher, born August 19, 1971, in Portland, Maine, to Jeanette and David Korntved, passed away on December 11, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. Christine lived an incredible life, filled with strength, determination, and dedication, touching the lives of everyone she met.

Christine was a beacon of love and strength for her family and friends. A proud mother and doting grandmother, she is survived by her daughters, Brooklinn Christopher and Deidra Christopher, and her beloved granddaughter, Delilah Christopher-Cannon. She is also survived by her father, David Korntved. Christine was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanette Korntved, both sets of her grandmothers and grandfathers, and several aunts and uncles.

Christine pursued her education fervently, earning a Master's Degree and later establishing her own small business. She was an embodiment of determination and tenacity. She was not only a successful businesswoman but also an avid hiker and beach lover. The sun on her face and sand between her toes brought her joy like no other.

Christine’s legacy is one of unwavering faith, strength, and dedication. As a devout Catholic, she was a pillar of her community, leading with kindness and compassion. Her strength was evident in every aspect of her life, most notably in her roles as a mother and grandmother. Her dedication to her family, work, and hobbies was an inspiration to all who knew her.

The family will receive friends at a wake to be held on December 22nd. A funeral service will be held on December 23rd at 10 a.m. with a burial to immediately follow the services. Christine’s life was a testament to the power of perseverance, love, and faith. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege to know her. Her memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of those she loved.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you join them to celebrate Christine. Christine’s life was a celebration of love, strength, and dedication, and she would have wanted her memory to continue to inspire and help others.
