Charlotte Joan Dunn of Aurora, CO passed away after a brief time in hospice care.
She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 75 years, Howard Dunn, her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Charlotte was born in Milwaukee, WI to Isaac and Ida Olson. She moved to Rockford Illinois when she married Howard in 1947. They moved to Colorado in 2015.
Charlotte and Howard co-owned a Travel and Tour business. They traveled the whole U.S. and Canada, and several international destinations. She was active in the Rockford Business and Professional Women organization and Quota Club. She served as President of both organization over time. She started a local chapter of Cops ‘N Kids Foundation. She was a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan also!
She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, and her youngest daughter, Jill.
She is survived by her husband, Howard, children Daniel (Cindy) and Joan, six grandchildren, Daniel Jr.(Carlotta), Jamie, Jen (Bill), Al (Francis), Krista (Jason) and Eve, and seven great-grandchildren, Josie, Taylor, Zoe, Megan, Hunter, Luke, and Ryleigh.
A Memorial service is planned for Saturday, April 29, at 3:30 p.m. The location is All Saints Lutheran Church, 15625 E Iliff Ave, Aurora, CO 80013.
