Charles Curtis “Curt” Robinson, a dedicated physician, proud veteran and cherished family member, passed away peacefully at home in Denver, Colorado, on June 24th, surrounded by love. He was 89 years old.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Curt possessed a lifelong passion for learning and service. He moved out West to attend the University of Colorado Boulder before returning to the Chicago area for medical school at Northwestern University. A Captain and flight surgeon in the Vietnam War, Curt later opened an ENT practice in Albuquerque, NM, where his passion for helping patients and performing surgery shone through.

Curt lived life to the fullest. An avid traveler who loved exploring the world, he could frequently be found enjoying the outdoors as an enthusiastic golfer and skier.

Above all his professional accomplishments, Curt was a beloved husband, father and “Papa.” He is survived by his loving wife, Sheila, his children Curt Robinson III and Robyn Robinson Joseffer, their spouses Amy and Daryl, and his grandchildren, Grace and Nicholas Joseffer.
