Chadwick D.G. Smith, 36, of Leadville, passed away February 8, 2013. Born September 26, 1976 in Boulder, he was the son of Richard W. and Charleen E. (Gabarde) Smith. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one son Gabriel, one sister Leesa Smith, his grandmother Mazie Gabarde, and one aunt Nancy Thomas. Funeral Mass noon Saturday, Febuary 16, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2298 S. Logan, Denver.
