Carl Leo Claassen, 82 years, passed away on January 30, 2019 surrounded by family in his home. Carl was born May 27, 1936 in Denver, Colorado.

He is survived by his wife Susan D. and his brother Gerald L. (Debi), along with four children, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A Viewing will be held in his honor on Monday, February 4, 2019, 3:00PM-6:00PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel (9998 Grant Street, Thornton, Colorado). A Rosary on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, 10:00AM at St. Augustine Catholic Church (178 S. 6th Avenue, Brighton, Colorado) followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM.
