Bruce Swetlic

Bruce D Swetlic, 80, of Littleton Colorado, passed away on April 2, 2023, of natural causes due to his battle with dementia.

Bruce Swetlic was born in Mansfield, OH on December 22, 1942.  Bruce had a long career as a Maintenance Man and retired from Highlands Ranch Recreation District.  He enjoyed talking to anyone he met, telling stories of his past and the many interests he had.  Bruce never stayed still long, he loved camping, working in his yard, woodworking, playing darts and cards, and most of all spending time with his family and friends. Bruce was a kind and thoughtful man who volunteered his time helping build and fix many things with his church community.

He is survived by his loving wife, Gloria Swetlic; children, Sarah (Ryan) Claussen, Jeff (Jan) Swetlic, and Laura Boling; grandchildren, Dylan, Matt, Ian, and Luke; siblings, Rebecca (Fred) Uhl and Brian (K.C.) Swetlic.

He is preceded in death by his parents Edwin and Betty Swetlic.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 13, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Horan & McConanty, 3101 S Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80227.
