Brian James Vigil

Our beloved Brian (Bri) James Vigil of Denver, Colorado, passed unexpectedly on Sunday, August 6, 2023.  

Brian was born in Denver to Gerald Vigil and Geraldine Vigil.  He was a dedicated husband, father, son, grandson, nephew, cousin and a friend to anyone that came into his life.

He enjoyed his family most of all.  He loved Elle and his children more than anything, yet he always had enough left for family and friends.  Elle and Brian were to be engaged next month.

He loved fishing, off-roading, and just being up in the mountains with his brother, Michael and, at times, the whole family. He also had a love for pro-sports, especially the Avs and the Broncos.  Most of all he just loved spending time with his family. Brian wrestled, played baseball and football in his school-age years.

He excelled in his career as a Senior Staff Recruiter for the last 12+ years, most recently as a consultant for Deloitte & Touche, LLC.  He received continuous praise for his dedication to his career and the people he was helping. 

Brian is survived by his wife-to-be, Felicia Kleiman "Elle"; children, Jaydon Vigil, Davian Vigil and Noa Vigil and Stepsons, Raymond Robledo, Simon Ascencio, and Balt Ascencio.  He is also survived by his parents, Geraldine Vigil (Mark) and Gerald Vigil (Heidi), and father-in-law, Bill Kleiman.  He is survived by his brother and sisters; Michael Vigil (Kaylee), Jennah Vigil (Javier Gonzalez), Krista Anderson (Madeline Robinson), Nicole Benjamin (Jamar) and Heather Gensch (Thom).  He is also survived by his grandparents, Gerald and Alice Vigil, and his Uncle Aaron Vigil (Chrissy) and many other extended relatives.

Brian was preceded in death by Grandparents Louie and Patty Martinez, and Uncles Larry and Gary Martinez.

Brian had a huge family that loved him, and we all knew how much he loved us!
