Barbel I. Doty

Born in Germany to Max and Lydia Drabner - Barb built a remarkable life defined by hard work, determination, and an unshakable spirit. A true trailblazer, she was one of the first saleswomen for the Flaks Colorado Tobacco Company, where she earned the respect and admiration of colleagues across the industry. Later, she turned her creativity and passion toward floral design, becoming a magnificent florist known for her artistry and dedication.

Throughout her life, Barb found love and companionship three times—with Richard, Myron, and Bill—each relationship bringing its own chapter of joy and meaning. Her strength and fierce independence inspired everyone who knew her.

Barb is survived by her daughters, Kathleen (Rod) Cleland, Jennifer (Joe) Albrecht; her sister, Heidi (Christoph) Mueller; her brothers, Donald Miller and Scott (June) Miller; her grand daughters Heather (Hector) Gardea; Amanda (Carlos) Albrecht; great grandchildren Joe and Rylee along with many nieces and nephews.
