In Loving Memory of Barbara “Budweiser Barb” Drews

Barb passed away on July 7, 2026, at 92, surrounded by the love of her family, leaving behind a legacy that spans five generations.

Barb had a way of making people feel welcome and loved. Her unforgettable spirit will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched. If you knew Barb, you knew she wasn’t going to miss a good party. She was the spark that kept conversations going, and someone who could make an ordinary afternoon feel like a celebration. She was strong, independent, and a little feisty, with a personality that was impossible to ignore. She lived life on her own terms and left every room a little more lively than she found it.

We like to imagine that the moment Barb arrived in heaven, someone greeted her with a cold Budweiser and said, "The life of the party is finally here." While our hearts are heavy, we're comforted knowing she's reunited with those she loved and is saving a place for the rest of us until we meet again.

Barb is lovingly survived by her 3 children: Steven, Janet (Gerald), and Peggy (Bob), 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews, dear friends, and extended family members who will forever hold her close in their hearts.

Her family finds comfort in knowing that her love, laughter, and legacy will live on through the many generations she helped shape. She will be forever loved, deeply missed, and fondly remembered. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Barb’s life on Sunday, August 23, 2026, 1-3PM, at the Wellshire Event Center, 3333 S Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80222.
