Anne Catherine Swaim

Anne (Schumacher) Swaim, 58, lost her battle with cancer on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at the Denver Hospice Center, with her loving family at her side. Born in Milwaukee, WI, on July 3, 1956, Anne was the daughter of Al & Diane Schumacher. She was raised and educated in Milwaukee & Kenosha, graduating from St. Joseph High School, Kenosha, WI, in 1974, before moving to Denver CO, in 1984. Anne met the love of her life, Randy Swaim, in 1994 and they married on March 19, 1999. For years, Anne & Randy delivered ""Meals on Wheels"" to those in need. They enjoyed walking in Denver's Cherry Creek State Park, camping in the mountains, visiting every island in Hawaii, and spending time with their children and extended family. Anne spent most of her adult life as a Mary Kay Cosmetic Consultant. In 2010, Anne attained her Registered Dietician License, and was a Certified WIC RD for Denver Health. Her expertise was prenatal & early childhood care. In addition to her husband and parents, Anne is survived by her loving children, Bryan Roscioli of Sterling, VA, & Tony Roscioli of Broomfield, CO; 3 stepchildren, Jason (Ifeta) Swaim, of Azle, TX, Ashley (Keith) Steele of Poolville, TX, & Sarah (James) Martin of Springtown, TX; 4 brothers, Mike Schumacher of Kenosha, Gary (Vickie) Schumacher of League City, TX, Mark (Mary Ellen) Schumacher of Spring, TX, Jim (Mary) Schumacher of Gibsonia, PA; 3 sisters, Sue (Mark) Stegbauer of Hartford, WI, Mary Kay (Jonny) Sherman of Sante Fe, NM, Teresa (Javi) Villanueva of San Antonio, TX, 20 nieces & nephews, & 6 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 18, 10:30 AM, at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 E. County Line Rd., Centennial 80122.
