A native Coloradan, Ann was born on November 26th, 1942, to Francis (Frank) and Myrtle Hill. Peacefully passed away, December 16th, 2025.
She attended Blessed Sacrament Catholic school from Kindergarten through Graduation. She attended Denver University, obtaining a Bachelors Degree and taught in a rural school in Wyoming. She returned to the Denver area where she went to work for the United States Postal Service. There, she met the love of her life, Jim Imes. She and Jim loved football, and had season tickets to the Air Force Academy where they traveled to many games.
Traveling was a passion, the most memorable trips were to Mexico, the U.K., Canada, Iceland and Cuba were definite highlights.
Survived by two first cousins, Joseph Hogan,(Judy V), (children, Jennifer Hogan, Amy Brooks, Sarah Ambariantz, Michael Hogan, Daniel Hogan),and Mary Gleason (Pat) (children Sara, Michael, Erin) and numerous 3rd cousins. Also, dear friends of 52 years, Karrol & Brad Smith.
Her service will be held on Wed, Dec 31st at Shrine of St Anne Catholic Church, 7555 Grant Pl, Arvada, Co (Olde town Arvada); Rosary at 9:30am, Mass at 10.00am Internment at Ft Logan National Cemetery following at 1pm.
