Angelina Barbara Chavez

Angelina “Angie” B Chavez - In Loving Memory of a Beloved and Joyful Soul

Age 76, died peacefully in the arms of her daughter on January 1, 2024, in Westminster, CO after a courageous battle with cancer.

Angie was born on November 23, 1947, in Denver, Colorado to Pantalon and Caroline Martinez.  She graduated from Westminster High School in 1968.  Angie had recently retired after a successful career with Keebler Company. 

Angie was happily married to Anthony Chavez in 1970, who is the love of her life for almost 53 years at the time of her death.

Angie is survived by her husband, three children, Christine, Tony Jr and Erik.  Four grandchildren, Lonny, Lachelle, Layne and Lesha. Eight great grandchildren, Devin, Adrian, Alayna, Alyssa, Aavin, Aurora, Mackinzy and Willow.

Besides spending time with her family, Angie had passion for family gatherings, puzzles, books and cooking. She touched many lives with her generosity and passion for family.  Many cherished memories were made during family gatherings, filled with laughter, love, and her famous contagious chuckle.
