Anastasia “Stacey” Gallanis passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 15, 2025 at her home in Highlands Ranch, CO. She was 65 years old.
Stacey was born in Chicago to Antonios and Panayiota Antoniades, immigrants from Greece (a proud heritage that would stay with her for her entire life). Stacey moved to Denver in 1992.
Stacey worked tirelessly her entire life and built a career as a business architect of travel software and a business consultant, working globally much of her career. Her creativity, problem-solving mind, and work ethic sparked travel innovations known today. Her love of travel and adventures took her all over the world; and her passion for the travel industry was a constant help to those who knew her.
Stacey is defined by her love of and commitment to family, her selflessness, her incredible work ethic, her smile, and her love of Greece and Greek family.
She was a faithful volunteer of St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church for many years and a past Parish Council President.
She is survived by her husband Peter, children Anthony Gallanis and Tom (wife Lauren) Gallanis, granddaughter Eleni Anastasia Gallanis, brother Michael Antoniades, and many dear cousins and friends near and far.
We mourn our sweet, loving, and beautiful mom and wife and sister and cousin and friend, and know that she is now in a place of happiness with her loving parents and family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Monday, August 25th, at St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Visitation will start at 10am MST, with the Trisagion and Funeral Service starting at 11am.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Greek Orthodox Church or a charity of your choice.
