Alvin Lee ""Al"" Underhill

Alvin, 71, of Denver, Colorado passed on November 13, 2016. He was born on November 9, 1945 in Orlando, Florida to Alvin & Victoria Underhill. Alvin is survived by his brother Donald Underhill; sister Margaret Sears and her husband Ralph; niece Jenny Delatorre and her husband Fernando and their children Kadin and Julian; nephew Edward Sears and his wife Christin and their children Grant and Andrew, and niece Roxanne Underhill and her children Kiyah and Jazlynn. Alvin was a man of many trades and was a skilled handyman and electrician. He attended school for teaching and was a mentor to many. For many years, Alvin has been a strong supporter and attendee at St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church. A Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday evening, November 21, 2016 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd. Denver, Colorado 80246. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 10:00AM at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd. Denver, Colorado 80246. Graveside Services and Interment will take place immediately following at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. In lieu of flowers, the family requests consideration of a memorial contribution to St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church, 5555 S Yosemite St, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
