Alea Harrington

Alea Marie Harrington, age 27, died on Dec. 1, 2022 in Englewood, Colorado. She was born on Dec. 21, 1994 in Westminster, Colorado. Alea was a graduate of Heritage High School in Littleton and The Colorado School of Healing Arts where she recently earned her professional massage therapist license. Over the years, Alea worked at Albertsons grocery store, R & D Embroidery, Vans, and Littleton Massage and Sports Therapy.

Alea loved art, baking, animals, make-up artistry, babysitting, pet sitting, attending concerts and social events and anything outdoors. She is survived by her parents, Emerett and Christy Harrington, her loving fiancé, Nathan Rognlie, and her soon-to-be stepdaughter, Lacey Rognlie. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Alea’s beautiful smile and infectious laughter lit up the room and made strangers into immediate friends. She was a generous and kind daughter, fiancée and friend and will be forever and lovingly remembered in all of our hearts.

Funeral services will take place at Horan and McConaty Funeral Home in Arvada, Colorado on Thursday, Dec. 8 at 3 p.m., with private visitation at 1:30 for family and close friends. A reception will be held after the service at Savvy Event Center, 4991 W. 80th Ave, Westminster, CO 80030. Flowers can be sent to Horan and McConaty Funeral Home, 7577 W 80th Ave, Arvada, CO 80003.
