Father of Elizabeth & Her Husband Richard Allen, Cecil & His Wife Lori Neill, Marie & Her Husband Terry Fox-Nixon; grandfather of Joanna & her Husband Tim Torres, Casey Neill, Cyrena Neill and Jarod Allen; brother of Elda & Her Husband Louis Israel, Myrle Denlinger, and Irene & Her Husband Howard Doughman. At his request there will be no service.
