Adam Tranquilino Vigil, was born November 13, 1934 in Vermejo Park, New Mexico and raised in Trinidad, Colorado. Son of Florentine and Agnes Vigil, brother to six sisters, Emelia, Ernestine, Betty Ann, Edna, Carolyn and Evelyn. He is survived by Tina and their three children, Michele, Denise, and Christopher; his four grandsons, Dalton, Dregen, Maddox, and Paxton. Adam graduated from Trinidad High School in 1952, attended Trinidad State Junior College until 1955 when he enlisted in the US Marine Corps in 1956, receiving an Honorable Discharge in 1958. He worked at the Denver Water Department for 34 years, retiring in 1995. From then, Adam enjoyed his retirement TREMENDOUSLY with family and friends. Adam lived life to the fullest, enjoying the simple things in life...hiking, biking, outdoor activities, music and a good movie at home. Adam was a very happy and healthy man. What brought him the most joy in life was his family and the love he had for his family. Adam will be truly missed but his memories will live on with all his family and friends!
