Nancy Sweeney Salamunovich (husband Thomas; children Jackson, Leo and Owen) Vail, CO
Mark Sweeney (wife Kirsten; children Anna and Maggie) Old Greenwich, CT
Bridget Sweeney Dornbirer (husband Dave; children Ella, Hayley, and Lauren) Denver, CO
Tim Sweeney (wife Renee; children Samantha, Aly, and Mitchell) Lafayette, CA. As well as sister Loretta McCoy of Denver, CO.

Ed graduated from St. Francis High School in 1951, and Regis University in 1955. He ran his advertising agency "Fox, Sweeney & True" in Denver until his retirement in 1990.

Ed was the ultimate family man and tremendous role model for his children and grandchildren. He and Kathy were blessed with 56 joy filled years. Ed is from a large Denver family and is survived by numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Ed's passion was golf. He was an accomplished player and won multiple Club Championships at the Denver Country Club and Hiwan Country Club in Evergreen. Both a competitor and a gentleman, he cherished spending time on the golf course with friends.

An active member of the Risen Christ Catholic Church community, Ed was a Lector and leader for the Children's Worship.

Ed passed through each transition in life so gracefully, we are filled with love and appreciation for the man he was and the legacy he has left behind.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on Thursday, April 6th at Risen Christ Catholic Church, 3060 S. Monaco Parkway, Denver, CO 80222. There will be a reception immediately following at the church.
