Our beloved Raymundo Benjamin "Ben" Ollada IV passed away February 4, 2017 in a tragic auto accident. He was 20 years old. He graduated from Arapahoe High School with honors in 2015 and was working to earn his bachelor's degree in the Aerospace Engineering Program at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

His many friends would tell you he had a quick wit and was someone who loved to help others. Ben had many passions, and loved the outdoors. He once stood between a bear and his family while camping in the Sequoia National Park when the bear crossed the path they were walking on. He was an excellent cyclist and liked to pick up new hobbies to master. He played guitar beautifully and was an excellent chess player. He was currently training for triathlons hoping to participate in an Ironman triathlon. Ben was very active in sports, playing lacrosse, tennis and football in high school and was an excellent disc (frisbee) player.

Ben is survived by his parents, Ray L. Ollada & Anne Marie Ollada; twin brother, Nolan; grandparents, Ray M. Jr. & Mary Ann Ollada, Rosanne Sprague of Denver, CO; and Leland L.
