Tim Kingston

Tim Kingston, age 58, of Denver, CO, passed away Nov. 8, 2014. He was born in Denver to William and June Kingston. Graduating from Kennedy High School in Denver, he attended Ripon College, Wisconsin graduating Phi Beta Kappa. Tim's law enforcement career started at the Lakewood Police Department, then Verona, Wisconsin Police Department while he attended the University of Wisconsin Law School, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree, after which he practiced law for two years. He joined the Boulder County Sheriff Department in 1986. He retired in November 2013 after 27 dedicated years of work. Tim was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his family, friends and co-workers. He is predeceased by his mother, June. Tim is survived by his father William H. Kingston; siblings William (Katie) P. Kingston, Margaret Kingston and Michael (Myrna) Kingston; five nieces/nephews and ten great-nieces/nephews. Visitation Mon. Nov. 17, 2014 from 12-1pm with Funeral Service beginning at 1pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth, Lakewood.
