Ted Grebenc

March 13, 1967 — August 14, 2015

Theodore Richard Grebenc was born on March 13th, 1967 in Denver, Colorado to Joseph Grebenc and his wife, Dolores Grebenc. He was born into eternal life on August 14th, 2015 in Arvada, Colorado. Shortly after graduating from Regis High School, Ted married his high-school sweetheart, best friend, and love of his life, Christi, in 1990. Four years later, they gave birth to two devilishly handsome twin boys, Teddy and Michael, who were his world. He had a deep-seated place in his heart for his Lord and Savior, and lived by faith. He was larger than life, both in stature and personality. All knew him for his zest for life, deep faith, perpetual smile, warm hugs, and everlasting love for family and friends. Ted also had a great enthusiasm for the ""finer"" things in life, including ""The Cabin"", Harleys, Coors Light, the Broncos, and Lake Powell. Like his dad, Ted loved listening to music, and had a knack for putting together a playlist that was everybody's favorite. Nobody knew how to be the life of the party better than Ted. He worked at Coors Brewing company for 25 years where he developed a strong allegiance for the brand. Ted cherished the relationships he developed with his Coors Family. Ted continues to live on in his wife, Christi; sons, Teddy and Michael; parents-in-law, John and Gerri Fortunato; brothers and sisters, Chris Grebenc (Nina), Mike Grebenc (Lorraine), Jeannie Stroup (Chris), Mary Grebenc (José Acosta) and Katie Oakman (Jim Brantley); and brothers-in-law, Mike Fortunato (Cindy) and Rod Fortunato (Monica). Ted shared a loving relationship with every single one of his nieces and nephews: Austin (Carrie), Jayme, Christopher, Elissa (Jeff), Tony (Missy), Joe (Laura), Miguel, Lourdes, Kari, Jamie (Mike), Jenna, Dani, Vincent, Madison and Jessie. Services for Ted will be held Friday August 21, 2015 at Shrine of St. Anne Catholic Church 7555 Grant Place, Arvada Colorado 80002. The rosary will begin at 9:30 am and the mass will follow at 10:00 am.
