Sarah Bargas

Sarah Bargas passed away August 28, 2014 at the age of 92. She was born November 17, 1921 to Luciano and Clementa (Borquez) Marquez in Abernathy, Texas. Survivors include sons Nicholas (Helen) Bargas and Edward (Virginia) Bargas; daughters Gloria (Darryl) Sain & Sharon (Sonny) Romero; neice Shawn Manzanares; grandchildren Dezirae Bargas, Nick (Jennifer) Bargas, Shalaine Bargas, Nicole Bargas, Ronnie (Jenna) Bargas, Christina (Zo Romero) Bargas, Charlene Bargas, Robert Bernal, Benjamin Romero, Daniel (Kim) Romero; 16 great grandchildren & 5 great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 4:00 in the afternoon until 7:00 in the evening on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant St. in Thornton. Recitation of the Rosary will follow beginning at 7:00 in the evening. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 10:00 in the morning at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 3005 W. 29th Ave., in Denver. A reception will follow at the church.
