Rita Consigli

Rita Consigli, age 86, of Centennial, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2016 in her home, surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Consigli, and her children, Robert and Michele. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Adam, Michael, and Kara. Rita is described by her family as a warrior, influencer, and magician. The life she led was robust and challenging. She lived her life her way. Her determination about everything, led the way for her children and her grandchildren. Because of Rita, they have learned to live life on their own terms. Rita was a traveler, whether it be across the country or travelling the world on a cruise ship. She loved to travel with Joe, her sister, Madeline, and her son, Robert. Rita was a pioneer for travel clubs. Rita's children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. Adam, Michael, and Kara are her beloved and adored grandchildren. She was so happy to attend Mike and Rose's wedding in August. That was a day that her family will always cherish – it was magical for everyone. A memorial service will be held at Ten O'Clock in the morning on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Horan & McConaty, 5303 East County Line Road, Centennial, Colorado 80122. A reception will follow at the same location.
