Isobel Hubel

Isobel (Bel) Hubel, passed away January 31, 2017 at the age of 89 years. She was born in Waterbury, Connecticut to Janet and Alexander McGuffie on November 14th, 1927. Isobel married Roy Hubel on April 15th 1950 in Waterbury, Connecticut and moved to Colorado in 1973. Isobel was survived by husband Roy, her 4 children Kenneth and his wife Becky, Diane and her husband Jon, Gary and his wife Cindy, Eric and his wife Diane. Isobel was also blessed with 17 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Isobel was a loving wife, mother and friend to many. Her infectious laugh would put a smile on your face. She enjoyed sewing, camping (as long as it was in the trailer with a refrigerator and stove), and singing in the church choir at Littleton Methodist Church in Littleton, Colorado. She also enjoyed spending time with her family at their cottage on Cape Cod where many a days were spent on the beach just enjoying life. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 9:30 am at the Horan & McConaty Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road, Centennial, Colorado 80122.
