Dolores Pavlakis

Dolores Pavlakis was born on May 4, 1929 in Rockford, Illinois. She passed away suddenly on April 14, 2017 with her family by her side. She is survived by her loving husband, Pete; daughters, Barbara (Bob) Jones, Kathy Zavislan, Joan (James) Pettet; sister, Barbara Wisner; grandchildren, Jacqueline, Katherine, and James Pettet; sister-in-law, Mary Cooksey, and many other loving relatives. A funeral service will be held at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 E. Couny Line Road, on Thursday, April 20, at 11:30 AM.
