Demetra Apergis Entered into Life: October 3, 1933 Fell Asleep with the Lord: October 4, 2017 Demetra Apergis, 84, of Lakewood, Colorado, fell asleep with the Lord on October 4, 2017. She was born on October 3, 1933 to her parents Nikolaos & Fevronia Karabatos. Demetra is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Apergis. She is survived by her children, Dionisios, Socrates, Irene (Gerasimos), Liberty (John), and 8 granddaughters. A Funeral Service will be held in Demetra's memory on Monday, October 9, 2017 at 11:00AM at the Assumption of the Theotokos Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 4610 E. Alameda Ave. Denver, Colorado. Interment will take place immediately following at Fairmount Cemetery. The Makaria will take place following interment. Please share memories and condolences with the family below.
