Deborah Kay Seay, 54, of Parker, Colorado, passed away suddenly October 1, 2017. Deborah was born July 26, 1963 in Stockton, California to Larry and Carolyn Seeders Baltimore.

Deborah was born and raised in California surrounded by her loving parents and two brothers. She graduated from Quartz Hill High School in 1981. She met her husband, Charles W. Seay, at the young age of sixteen and they were wed a few years later in 1981. Their life together moved her across the country, but most of her life was spent in Colorado. She graduated with a degree in business in 2012. Deborah worked as an employee with Douglas County, in the judicial system, for the last eleven years.

Deborah’s life comprised of love and family. Her family and friends are what made her whole. She loved to make memories, regardless of the activity. She loved decorating for Christmas every year. Her home was open to anyone and she encouraged everyone to come over and participate in the holidays. Friends were treated as family and she would make you feel at home, even if you had never met. Deborah's biggest hobby was travel. She was happiest while visiting new places with her family and enjoying the sights.

Deborah’s life and memory will live on as an example for many. She was kind hearted and always willing to provide to those in need. She loved making cherished memories with her friends and family. Deborah took great pride in her work and had the deepest respect for her boss and co-workers. She loved deeply and is loved by many. In passing so suddenly, she will be missed greatly by those whose lives she has impacted.
