Craig Matovich

Craig Matovich passed away suddenly July 4th,, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy of 42 years and son, Christopher, daughter-in-law, Jessie and granddaughter, Millie. Craig’s extended family includes his sisters, Jan Rossi and Julie Matovich and their children, Angela, Michelle, Summer, Donnie, Heather and his brother (dec.) Laine Matovich and his daughters, Jaime and Courtney, my sister, Pam Bogley and her sons, Ian and Justin. Although Craig lived his early years in several states, Colorado became his home of 25 years. We loved to hike in the Roxborough area and in the mountains. His love of music took him to the Army Band at Fort Meade, MD at 19 years to Shenandoah Conservatory where he received a Bachelors of Music Performance and Masters of Music Education. Through the years, he performed with close friends from college and new friends in both original groups and community orchestras. He also has many friends from his ‘real’ job in software design and development. Craig touched many lives and will be missed.
