Clint grew up on his grandfather Swenson's farm in Gove, Kansas and attended high school in Hays, and Oakley, Kansas. When he was 19 years old, he opened a Ben Franklin Store in Hill City, Kansas. He moved to Denver in 1957. Throughout his career he worked in retail as a manager or owner and always a top salesman.
He worked briefly at downtown Woolworths before going to GanoDowns where he became manager of the Cherry Creek Ganos, later he opened his own store, Clint Faubions, and ended his career with Burberry in Cherry Creek Mall.
A celebration of Clint's life will be 2:00 PM Sunday, October 20, at Horan & McConaty, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd.
