Christopher Goeglein

July 21, 1971 — November 12, 2017

Christopher David Goeglein was born on July 21, 1971 in Greeley, Colorado to Jo Ann (Henkle) Goeglein and David Kent Goeglein. Chris is survived by his father, David Kent Goeglein (Glenda), sisters Tyhmara Lacinda Morris (Doug) and Jennifer Anne Framsted {Joe), nephews Ryan Morris, Nick Morris and Cooper Framsted and nieces, Kylie Morris and Brianna Framsted, and loving family shared with Glenda: Mark Osborn (Deb) and family, Melinda Roberts (Neil) and family, Kara Cassidy (Rob) and family and Kendra Kearns (Mike) and family. He is preceded in death by his mother, Jo Ann Goeglein, and maternal and paternal grandparents. Chris moved to the Denver area with his mother in 1986 and attended Chatfield Senior High School and graduated in 1992. Because he loved tinkering and fixing things, Chris received a small engine repair certificate from Warren Tech in 1994. He was excited to get a job at ACE Hardware repairing lawn mowers and snow blowers. He also enjoyed lending a helping hand to friends working on their cars or other motors. Chris was a wonderful man, blessed with a generous heart. He was a dedicated and loyal friend and always took time to help others. He never missed celebrating someone’s birthday, special event or holiday. He loved his family, being with friends and attending church services and functions. He was happiest when he was driving his truck, pulling his trailer and heading off to help someone move something. He loved all animals, but especially his dogs. His heart was almost too big for his body. He had many interests and hobbies. He loved watching car shows on television, customizing his vehicles, and participating in local car shows. Chris spent many hours on the computer and called himself a “Gamer”. He also enjoyed keeping busy by mowing lawns and volunteering. He never complained about any physical limitations and lived each day to its fullest. He was an inspiration to his family, friends, and will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
