Cecilia Barrios-Moritzky

Cecilia Santiago Barrios-Moritzky passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015. Cecilia is survived by her loving husband, Gerald Kent Moritzky and son, Zachary, mother Casidora S. Barrios, sisters Annabelle B. Rasco and Jessica B. Arguello, brothers Cesar Barrios Jr., and Raymond Barrios III, and dear friend, Chito Alpuerto. Cecilia is a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister who will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
