Angelina Rendon

Angelina Rendon was born in Blythe, California on September 1, 1925 to John Rodriguez and Atanasia (Arriaga) Rodriguez, and passed away in Lakewood, Colorado on May 12, 2016 at age 90. Angelina was preceded in death by her husbands, John J. Montoya in December of 1995, and Jose A. Rendon in July of 2012. Angelina is survived by her children Mercy Maes and her husband Jeff, Priscilla Perea, David Montoya and his wife Tessie and John ""J.J."" Montoya; brother Albert Rodriguez and his wife Hope, grandchildren, Antonio Maes, Alicia Maes, Marco Perea, Andrea Godinez, Michelle Poole, Michael Montoya, Jr., and Donovan Montoya; great grandchildren, Marina Godinez, Ezra Godinez, Noah Perea, Ava Grace Perea, Charlie Perea, Travis Poole, Taylor Poole, Tori Poole, and Michael Montoya III, and her great great grandchildren, Iker Poole and Avery Poole. In addition to her parents and husbands, she was also preceded in death by her sons Michael Montoya and Donald Montoya, son-in-law, Tony Perea, sisters Juanita Sainz and Margaret Martinez, and her brothers Vincent (Sooky) Rodriguez and Mike Rodriguez. Recitation of the Rosary will be Thursday, May 19th, 7:00 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Boulevard. The Funeral Mass will be Friday, May 20th, 11:00 AM at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 3900 Pierce Street. Interment will follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
